Established in 2018, Essex Carpet Clash is an EOS carpet based indoor series that allows you to get your racing fix in the winter months, away from the wet and windy weather condition.  We run 2WD and 4WD classes at each event (you may book in to do both) to BRCA rules.

The control tyre for the rear driven axel being Schumacher Cactus in yellow compound, and up front you may run a tyre of your choosing (typically Schumacher Yellow Cut Staggers for 2WD and Yellow Fusion for 4WD).

The venue is Hornchurch Sport Centre in Essex, 15 minute drive from J28 in the M25. The postcode for the venue is RM11 1JU or follow the link to see the exact location on a map

The track build takes place the morning of the event. The track is 30x16m in size with a mixture of jumps, features and challenging layout for all to do battle on over the course of the championship. Each round a fresh track is laid and the format of the day is a single practice starting at 8.30 (door open at 8.00 to set up pitting) followed by 4 rounds of Round by Round qualifying and then finals at the end of the day to determine finishing positions and points for the championship.  The format of the finals will depend on entry and time on the day, but we aim to have 3 legged finals for all.

We want everyone to have fun and enjoy their racing with us, this is meant to be a competitive and fun series where we are all racing for sweets and bragging rights!

We hope you will join us and support our series through the winter where we will aim to give you a fun, easy going and well run race meeting.
